Kate Hudson Golden Globes Inspired MAC All Races Look

One of the make up looks I liked the best last night was Kate Hudson's exagerated cat's eyes make up look. It is basically a pale shimmery eye color all over the lid, and an elongated black eye pencil into the tear duct. Here's Kate, and here's me. Hmmm, maybe this wasn't my best idea after all!

Sorry I didn't do a full face, but I was heading to Bobbi Brown to go and get a new foundation to test, so wanted to go bare skinned.

Anyway, I used:

Elf Shadow Primer

MAC All Races all over the lid

MAC Shroom lightly over the lid and up into the browbone

UD Zero pencil in the tear duct following the slant of the eye

MAC All Races and Shroom along the lower lash line.

Maybelline Colossal Mascara

I loved this! It felt like a chic, understated alternative to the smoky eye. What do you think? Who did a good Golden Globes look?
