Puppy Shot of the Day: Mucky Mucky Pup

It's been a while since we've had a puppy shot here on Jolie Laide Girl, but Moose continues to be the most adorable little guy. He also has a nose for trouble, and managed to find a Never Ending Story esque swamp while walking through Central Park yesterday. He actually looked pretty scared as he sank chest deep into the mud. He did quite a bit of flailing around before managing to pull himself out of the mud. His bottom half? Completed covered in an inch of mud. It took 3 baths to get this bad boy clean.

I just found this in my photo album while searching for something else. Moose is about 14 weeks old here. Wasn't he just the cutest? Now he's all grown up.

It's been a while since we saw Moose on the blog. Here he is helping me sort out my closet the other day. This actually is him helping out. Moose really alternates between chewing and sleeping. So this is the better of two evils.

I was busy taking product photos the other, and I turned around to see Moose happily chewing his way through all the paper packaging. Bad mom that I am, I decided that even though he was being bold and making a mess, he was distracted and wasn't going to bother me, so let him continue on with it. No wonder he is the worst behaved dog in the world.

Moose the puppy has very set routines, and one of them is to spend 10am until 12noon sleeping on the bed. Yes, we are bad puppy parents who let our wee dog sleep on beds. Yesterday with all the confusion of people being actually home during the morning, somehow Moose got into the bed while we were making it.

Hopefully this brings a smile to your Monday morning. Meet Moose, my 8mth old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He had been having a hard time the last couple of days because the snow and ice hurts his wee paws. Oh, and also we gave him a bath right after this picture was taken, so those grey paws are now snowy white. Poor wee baby!!
